Who is Opton ? Who is Opton ?

Opton is ready any time for client request of proto-type work, testing and FA planning

Try Opton first with proto-type work.

Reliable facilities are prepared at Opton factory.

Moire Optical non-contact 3D profiler
The profilers listed below meet the requests for various data-related processing including verification check of measured- and CAD-data, processing of CAD data as well as section-error and polygonal data. -「Surftizer」 Stationary, high-accuracy general purposed non-contact 3D profiler

-「Memusforma」 Automatic profiling Non-contact 3D pipe profiler
2500-t hammering-impact type Hydro-former
Against conventional hydroforming system where the static pressure of hydraulic media is raised slowly to inflate a work piece, the one ex-Opton employs new-generation type system where dynamic hammering-impacts continue to be given to a work piece. This works very effective for quick and large inflation rate of work piece yet with smaller-sized machine.

Mold design/manufacturing can be met as well as proto-typing work.
50-t hammering-impact type hydro-bender
The market demand is going towards more severe bending-R specification that can be hardly met by existing machines.
To meet these requirements, the captioned equipment is prepared embedded in collaboration with two machining methods, or one of hydroforming and the other of pipe bender. Thanks to this remarkable feature, simultaneous work of severer 1D-bending, beading and end-forming can be achieved to a straight work piece loaded to a hydroforming-designed die.
Standard bender for work sizes ofφ4.76~φ100
Opton prepares the testing facility in the factory where, by setting an automatic-loading bender and 3D profiler in line, one initial testing work piece is enough for immediate starting to mass-production bending. The request for 1D bending of ultimate severity can be met.
Robotic pipe bender for work sizes of φ4.76~φ100
Opton prepares the testing facility in the factory where, by setting a self loading/unloading robot bender and 3D profiler in line, one initial testing work piece is enough for immediate starting to mass-production bending. The request for 1D bending of ultimate severity can be met.
