Switching bender type 25

・The bender of the latest version with Opton's leading edge NC technologies built-in.2seconds only needed per bend.
・All right & left bending are fully performed at one-time chucking, thus ideal for automated production.
・Unloading of a finished work piece & loading of a following piece are processed simultaneously, thus eliminating idle time.
・For tact-time saving, machining process is fully reversed between each work piece automatically
　so the idle time from loading to the first bending can be saved for every new work piece.

・Tact-time improved by 1.4～1.8 times faster than that of standard bender.
・Time-saving is realized by starting machining in reversed process with initial loading of a work piece
　to the first bending being executed without loading position change on the bending head.
