《Point of solution》

・Further cost cut is not realistic with current production system powered by standard type benders.
・Further enhanced productivity is not realistic due to the investment financially restricted and the limited shop space.
・Productivity increase not good as needed even with the machine at its full performance.
   Productivity needs be enhanced with no additional machine invested.
・Cost-cut oriented introduction of automated production will adversely requires larger floor space.

《Solution proposed》

T-WIN20 (Synchronous system)
Ultimate high speed bender with two individual bending heads separately operating for PRB motion. 

 

・Machining is executed in turn by two bending-head units, one being mounted atop of the travelling robot (robotized bender) and the other atop of stationary stand.
・Robot bender operates simultaneously two functions, one for bending a work piece and the other for carrying to load the work piece on bending head of the stationary stand.
・While the machining is executed by the bending head atop of the stationary stand, the robot traverses its bending head to its next bending position
・Bending is executed while a work piece at its loading and unloading modes,  thus helping for shorter machining time.
・Simplified design with no chuck mounted.

 Per space efficiency is enhanced doubled or even tripled.

・Cycle time faster by2.2times
   Standard bender currently used : 25secs/7bendings+8secs/load-&.unloading =33secs/ work piece
   T-WIN20 (Synchronous system) :1secs/7bending(load-/unloading inclusive)=15seconds/work piece
・ Output-performance efficiency : One T-WIN20(Synchronous system ) equivalent to two standard benders
・Simplified system design with no chucking and loading devices needed.
