Solution query has been raised by our client who is specialized in1Dbending and bending of thin thicknessl thickness

・Wiper die wears too fast and frequent replacement is needed.
・Re-setup with new wiper causes bending out of tolerance. and following time-taking tuning is unavoidable.
・Frequent wiper-replacement directly leads to higher tooling cost.
・With the wiper die goes worn out in the production run, the production goes out of tolerance on the way,
  thus imposing an operator hard works for quality maintenance.

Opton's proposal as followings;

Roll wiper is to be replaced by wiper die with roll wiper built-in. (Patented)
Life of service by the proposed tool becomes dramatically longer comparing to those conventional design,
and no tuning is needed for replacement.
