1.Sandard bender can not meet, and why?
Because of heat changer application with long-sized completed part, standard bender is not suitable.
・The completed design of part normally requires machining of work piece to rotate 180-degree, which caused machining interference.
（Short-sized material could be Ok, but product for heat-changer application is normally long sized.）
・Simultaneous multi-pieces machining is often needed, but standard bender cannot meet multi-pieces chucking .of work pieces
・Pitching a long-sized work piece is not easy by standard bender.
2.What is Serpentine Bender and its advantages ?
・The bending head traverses right and left at free position for bending design achieved at required specification.
（Bending motion of the head only made horizontally）
・Multi( 3～4)-pieces of work material can be processed for simultaneous machining.
・The Material can be supplied in hoop. Straightening,
feeding and cutting at specified length are processed at pre-machined stage and long sized stocker not needed
3.Serpentine Bender and its operation procedure
①Set the material in hoop to the uncoiler unit.
②The material get straightened in the roller-operated straightener. .
③The material is fed to the bending head section.
④The bending head traversed right and left to designated position to start bending . This goes repeated.
⑤The machine automatically calculate the end-of-bend length to cut the material off.
⑥The cut-off material is fed to finish the final bending.
⑦A new and straightened material is now fed to the bending head section to start the process ④ and further.
