It can be said that person with growth or success in business is possessed of this「compassion」 .This quality suggests that people gather around those who show consideration and/or offers helping hand to others, and those with 「compassion」 expand the association wider to learn more for good influence through increases association with such good-natured person.

Complains are often heard that 「neither help nor advice is rarely handed to by others」, etc, etc. It can be said however that such discontented people , on the contrary, seldom offer help/advice to others.

As having been traditionally phrased with 「Everybody is a teacher other than myself」, 「leaning from others」 is the surest way for an individual to make growth and success.
Only those who has this 「Precept」 in nature can enjoy many chances for fruits.Based on the above in behind, Opton has employed the word 「Precept」 as the management flagship with strong wish for building the business unit to be build by all employees who equally share 「Precept」 in mind and behaviors and are disciplined by hardships in all courses of business activities.

As having been often told that no company is lasting if it cannot meet to what the society needs, so is the company without attractiveness.
A declining company will only leave serious problems to its employees and their families as well as to its business clients and share holders

It is our strong belief, therefore, that Opton should take this philosophy as most serious management concept in leading our perpetuity-oriented business with no behavior allows that may cause problems to all associated individuals and societies. Opton continues its strides towards an 「MUST-BE-NEEDED AS A GOING-CONCERN」 which will destine our efforts in the light of ethical standards of 「If Opton can fulfill or not as the meaning existence of itself and in markets」and also 「If Opton can serve or not as indispensable to the societies.」

「Absolutely indispensable」should require each of the company employees keep reminding on what they must possess.
The most important value in societies and business can be claimed as Veracity that prohibits people self-defense with falsehood, deception and/or delayed response.

It can be said that lack of veracity will leave person blinded from what it should be, while those with the possession on the contrarily fill be rewarded by easy insight to true figures.

Constant behavior with such Veracity will lead oneself enlightened toward more understanding of mind of and requirement by others.

It is our belief that this 「Veracity」 is the primary importance to an individual human and business person.
「Conception」 or 「Idea」 comes as the next importance. This is particularly important when hardships have arisen for solution.The idea for 「the best solution to satisfy an opponent 」 can be hinted by wisdom empowered by daily efforts and discipline.
