Compounded bending R, Continuous R and Gradation R are all at an easy access with Multi Bender now for completing a part made of irregular cross-sectioned pipe.
Features
- Thanks to computerized data entry, free designed R configurations are machined.
- Three-dimensional, and not two-dimensional bending, is now the reality.
- No mold change required at all for bending R configuration.
- One type of bending mold is only needed for the size of material, thus ideal for prototype machining at the shortest lead time needed.
- No grip space needed for continuous R bending.
- Bending at Gradation R
- Deformation and thickness reduction minimized at bend section
- Production tact time less than a half of other pipe bender due to the machining time get affected by the overall length of a work piece ,not by the number of bending points.
- CAD Data Eetry
- Machining Trace will be implemented in the next generation Multi Bender to empower the bending at less varied configuration.
