Features

1.With standard bender each work piece needs be machined first before assembling,
  but with the robot bender an assembled work piece can be machined.

2.hree standard benders in the old production line are now replaced by one Robot Bender
  in the new line with advantages of decreased operator and floor space.

3.Thanks to the system facilitated with center chucking at intermediate position of a work piece,
  machining can be started from center towards both ends of work piece. Also by adding a one-point (AB) bender,
  wider interference-free bending can be met against limited performances by standard benders. 

4.A straight work piece can be welded in case of pre-machined assembly needed.
  Simplified welding process makes automated production easier.
