This model is featured by servo-driven 4-axial controlled motion including orthogonal 2-axes (vertical and horizontal) for the top-table sized by 1000 x 2000mm (for the type 2000), and two-turning axes for two sets of 3D profiling cameras. Three variations of the Dualformer are available likewise in the Cloudform, or the type GE for profiling general shapes, the type PT exclusively for pipe profiling, and the type GP for the performances of the two combined. These types execute profiling in two modes, or one for profiling the center line of a specimen and the other for profiling the external form of a pipe and fittings. These profiled data is converted to the data in 3D format with the accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm order that works as severe tolerance check for quality judgment as being observed in inspection by the mechanical gauges. By simply placing a specimen on the profiler, laser projection starts for profiling general shape and subsequent profiling external 3D design of a specimen by the power of travelling 3D camera. The software for these models is made of two-versions consolidated, or one for profiling general shapes as is applied in Opton 3D profiler Surftizer and pipe profiler software as is applied in Cloudforma. The pipe profiler software also includes automatic feedback compensation of the profiled data on the produced form of a tested pipe.

- Gauge-less Tolerance Check : The diameters are measured automatically at specified points of a work piece as being made manually by conventional type of inspection tool. - Automatic compensation of faulty bending: By comparing the machined data with that of CAD, error compensation and recalculation of the overall development length are automatically made to be fed back to the bending machine.
- Immediate production run after one-piece initial trial: One-piece trial is enough for immediate production run followed by automatic creation of compensation table with reviewing the tested data and the material data.
- In-line automatic compensation: The profiler-in-line executes high-speed testing on every 2nd or 3rd bent work pieces to check the on-going bending data for automatic data compensation if needed.
- Profiling on parts and fittings to a work piece: Parts/fittings, end-formed section, set-up length and end-length are also profiled.
- Main functions: They include "centerline processing" of a post-bent work piece, automatic data compensation, flatness inspection, exterior verification compared with CAD over post-bend work piece with fittings, output of inspected data, dimensional testing over individual part and/or fitting, storage of compensation table and compensation processing.
