   (for automobile braking system and hydraulic distribution system for folk-lifter )

【The reason why standard benders  cannot meet to the solution? 】

 A work piece with fittings on both ends needs to have special positioning arrangement for
 the fittings during bending process and/or loading of a work piece.
 (The fittings are normally mounted at free-positioning which would require the special
 ・The fittings must be protected from scratches caused by clamping and/or chucking of a work
  piece at its loading process.

  ⇒ For an example case of nut fittings on a work piece, an air-blow is installed to put
    the nuts aside to each end of the work piece.
    Alternatively an auxiliary device is installed for fixing the fittings in position for
    an individual work piece specification.

 ・The nuts need be protected from getting inside of the mold during bending process.

  ⇒ One exampled counter measurement is an air-blower to keep the nut off the mold.

    Alternative is a barrier device to be mounted on the mold to keep the nut from
    getting inside the mold.

 ・A work piece is forwarded to the chuck as it keeps its inclined status.

  ⇒An air-blowing device not needed as one nut slides itself downwards by its own
   weight along to the end of an inclined work piece.

   The nut on the other end is pushed towards the other end by the work-holding mold
   atop of the robot bending arm.

  ・Initial POB rotation can be programmed for the value by an operator's free choice.

   While standard Pipe Bender can accept a work piece only in its horizontal positioning, 
  Robot Benders can start bending of a work piece with nut at its 90°inclined status
  ( for vertical direction bending) , enabling the nut at the front work-end being kept
  off the mold

Robot Bender  Its motions in total bending processes】

 Followings are the steps the Opton Robot benders works.

  ①Set work pieces on the Loader(Stocker) with a nut at each end.

  ②The robot pick up a work piece from Loader(Stocker) keeping the work piece in inclined
   status to slide the rear nut towards rear end (chucking side) of the work piece before
   loading the work piece onto the chuck.
  ③The bending mold atop of the robot hand then slides the other nut to the front end
   (for starting initial bending) of the work piece.

   ※By setting proper 【Initial POB degree 】prior to the process ③, the front nut can be
    kept from getting inside the mold.
  ④The last-point bending is executed while the work piece at its unloading process,
   thus enabling to enhance the productivity.
  ⑤All the steps ① to ④ as above are repeated.

  ※Cyclic and/or random production of mixed different parts can be executed simply
   by switching for the relevant machining data. (Multi-layer stocker  needs be installed.)
