The problem at client shop

・Causation of machine failure not traceable. All machine stops needed technical service from machine supplier.
・Due to maintenance specialty not existing in the shop, causation of machine stop cannot be traced for solution.

 

Opton's proposal for solution;
MAT Failure Detector Computer is installed in the machine.

MAT Failure Detector Computer locates machine failure by verifying the signals and data in the operation vs those of master data as norm .
of LS, encoder, solenoid valve and motor etc.
Thanks to a message given by MAT Failure Detector that locates an exact failed LS or cable damage if the machine stops with damaged LS,
for example, a machine operator only needs to respond with easiest care.
